You will be part of a busy Parts Department, providing excellent customer service, work well as part of a team, as well as demonstrating a comprehensive technical understanding of the automotive/caravan trade.
Requirements:
- Previous Parts Advisor experience essential (Minimum 2 Year).
- Organised, forward thinking and keen to learn with an interest in development and progression.
- Hardworking, punctual, reliable, ability to use own initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- UK Driving Licence
Key Objectives:
- To organise and coordinate motor vehicle parts sales to meet customer and interdepartment requirements
- Accurately identify customer parts requirements.
- Maintain parts stock and stock records.
- Manual handling of large parts.
- Process parts orders efficiently.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Promote parts and accessory sales.
- Ensure parts stockholding is current and fast moving.
- Stock availability / stock value.
- Maximise sales volumes and margins.
- Team working and communication with other departments.
- Meet monthly set targets and deliver on agreed KPI's.
Working Times:
- 8.30am 5.00pm Monday Friday
- 9.00am pm every 1 in 3 Saturday (March End September)
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Experience:
Parts Advisor: 2 years (preferred)
- working in a parts department: 1 year (required)
