United Careers are recruiting for a successful, award winning scaffolding company with a yard and offices in Bishop's Stortford, Herts.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Inspect, pick and load scaffolding materials onto vehicles. Some heavy lifting is involved.
Ensure all the equipment returned from site is sorted, serviced, and stored neatly ready for reuse.
Equipment repairs and Fabrication
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.

Qualifications/Skills:

Previous construction experience / labouring/ physical outdoor role an advantage.
Forklift licence an advantage.
Knowledge and experience of using power tools.
Good level of physical fitness.
Strong teamplayer who is willing to get stuck in.
Problem solving, working on own initiative.

No CSCS card is required. Training is provided.

You will need to be fit and healthy due to the tasks involved on site.
Due to the location of the yard, you will likely need your own motor transport.

Hours are 08:30-18:30 Mon-Fri (9hrs paid. Overtime is available on Saturdays).

£12.50 per hour
