What are we looking for?

Your responsibilities and daily duties to include:

  • Undertaking general office duties and admin support to the Director
  • Support with PA duties and diary management
  • Schedule site visits, assist in producing quotes and raise invoices
  • Inputting of data into our services software simPRO (don't worry, training will be provided)
  • Onboarding new staff members
  • Ordering supplies for the office and team
  • Managing and ordering work uniform
  • Looking after the vans, booking in for services, MOT and any necessary repair and insurance claims
  • Looking after all required certifications and memberships for the engineers and the business
  • Arranging team meetings and electrician training
  • Creating and sending out the monthly company newsletter
  • Arranging company events including team socials, Christmas parties, team photoshoots
  • Assist in the preparation and attendance at networking events/exhibitions as and when required by the Marketing Manager
  • A good standard of written English is essential
  • Great organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Genuine passion to support customers with any questions, queries, or concerns
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Xero, simPRO or alike, Canva is advantageous, but not essential
We are looking for someone who is polite, friendly and a good multi-tasker with a "can-do attitude". You should be a quick learner and be adaptable whilst committed to achieving the aims of the business.
