Key Responsibilities

  • The bit about the role

Website Marketing Executive will have primary responsibility for the support and maintenance of the event websites, assisting in the implementation of digital strategies designed to improve user experience, conversion rate and organic traffic growth, and will report into the Digital Experience Manager for the UK Retail & Fashion Events portfolio.

This role is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, dynamic and high-performing team who are all highly motivated to make the digital experience for our customers a real success, ensuring that the day-to-day of the event websites and digital executions run flawlessly.

Hyve Group is investing heavily in the omnichannel strategy and all things digital, so it's a super exciting time to join the company as we have big plans to take the digital experience to new frontiers.


  • Support the Digital Experience Managers in the execution of digital strategies and adhoc projects
  • Work closely with digital teams to ensure organic growth and conversion opportunities are maximized
  • Assist and help deliver on new event website launches on time and brief in various platforms
  • Assist the UX and UJ implementation on the event websites; from research to execution
  • Produce and deliver toplevel website reports to influence decisionmaking for website improvements
  • Perform any other website administration tasks as and when required or adhoc support (i.e. mobile apps)

Skills Required:


  • And here's what we're looking for from you:
  • Hands-on experience of building landing pages on CMSs
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS or keen to upskill in this area
  • Strong collaboration skills to help manage input from stakeholders and 3rd parties
  • Ability to manage and support different projects simultaneously
  • Possess good knowledge of digital marketing and multichannel campaigns
  • Ability to understand website analytics and help drive datadriven conclusions (i.e. Google Analytics)
  • A passion for UX and all things customer first
