Support Worker

Up to £30,000

Job Details:


  • Support Worker
  • Supporting children and young people within an OFSTED regulated service
  • Supporting children aged 81
  • Supporting children within a residential care home for children with EBD and challenging behaviours
  • Support the children and young people in all daytoday activities and interests.
  • Promote the young persons independence and wellbeing for children with EBD and challenging behaviours.
  • Attend weekend and evening activities to support the children and young people in their interests. This can range from climbing and baking cakes to weekend activities away
  • Protect the children and young people from any risks to their health and welfare.
  • Provide emotional and practical support to the young people within your home.

Salary:


  • Up to £11.50 per hour
  • Sleep Rate £62.64 (Not waking nights)

Requirements:


  • Be over the age of 2
  • Have a driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Some type of experience working in care, working with children or life experience is welcomed

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:

£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
