We are searching for our next CRM super star to help us deliver commercially effective customer journeys digitally via on-point segmentation, and personalised communications.

What you'll be doing

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be:

Ownership and execution of the customer comms plan, ensuring it always meets customer and commercial needs.
Assisting with the delivery of the promotional plan across our digital channels.
Defining the A/B testing plan to keep learning and refining our campaigns.
Working with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure all communications are onbrand, accurate, relevant, and timely.
Analysing the performance of campaigns to produce performance optimisation reports and recommendations.
Working with the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to deliver the promotional plan across our digital channels (website, digital acquisition channels).
