Responsibilities for this Property Valuer role will include:

Harnessing your extensive knowledge of the local property market to offer accurate valuations.
Work closely with the high performing sales team to deliver on company targets and expectations.
Plan and execute with the sales team the best marketing strategy on properties that you bring to the market to achieve the best result for the customers.
Staying abreast of evolving market trends and property values.
Delivering outstanding customer service to clients throughout the whole process and offering the best advice and building strong client relationships.

Skills & Experience for this Property Valuer role:

Proven track record in the Estate agency industry, either as a property valuer or a senior sales negotiator looking to take the next step in their career.
Indepth understanding of the local property market.
Skill in analysing property data, market trends, and comparable property sales.
Interpretation of market information to provide accurate valuations staying knowledgeable of current market trends and factors affecting property values.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey complex valuation concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong client service orientation to build and maintain positive relationships, always going the extra mile.
Addressing client enquiries with professionalism and expertise.
A proactive results driven mindset, wellsuited for excelling in a dynamic, highpaced environment.

Benefits for this Valuation Manager role include;
- £24,000 basic salary
- £45,000 OTE
