Operations Planning Coordinator -Maternity Cover -12 months

Salary up to £22063 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity available in our Ayr office, for a highly organised Operations Planning Coordinator to deliver amazing customer service and support our Operations business area.


This is a full-time, permanent, position working on a flexible rota basis covering Monday to Friday, with one Saturday in six.

As an Operations Planning Coordinator, you will work with our internal departments; scheduling appointments and planning diaries, ensuring our customers are given the best service possible.


What the role will involve:


  • Scheduling and coordination of field staff appointments within our customer's homes
  • Supporting customers at all stages of their home improvements, being their main point of contact and keeping them updated of any appointments and progress of their order.
  • Managing field staff diaries, booking appointments efficiently and effectively.
  • Delivering exceptional standards of customer service consistent with our brand.
  • Coordinating all internal and external resources to achieve successful completion by identifying challenges and suggesting solutions.

What we are looking for:


  • Coordination, Scheduling, or Planning experience, which could have been gained from a range of different sectors including hospitality, retail, utilities, construction or similar
  • Someone who always puts the customer first
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A team player who also can use their initiative and manage own workload.
  • Effectively work under pressure and achieve results.
  • Be a problem solver, taking quick and effective decisions.
  • Great multitasking ability, to manage multiple diaries and meet customer needs.
