The Customer Delivery Team (CDT) sits right at the heart of Staircraft as it looks after the customer journey right through from the Enquiry stage to post-occupancy covering everything from Estimation, Design & Customer Service.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensuring all new bulk orders are processed promptly and that any inaccuracies are
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Customers through a proactive
- Responsibility for setting up new customers/accounts on internal systems
- Answering inbound calls in a timely and professional manner and knowing how to
- Support other departments in managing the flow of information throughout the
- Achieving and working to set KPIs for the role
Qualifications & Skills
Previous Customer Service, System Experience, Product or Industry knowledge is preferred but not essential as this can all be trained.
- Ability to process a lot of information accurately and have an eye for detail
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and always maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent written, oral communication and listening skills
- Excellent time management and organisation is essential
- Enthusiasm, inquisitiveness, and ability to adapt to change
- Eagerness to learn internally but to also have a willingness to learn about the business and product offering independently
Salary:
£23,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- west Brom b71 1df: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
