Job Description:
Hours 7.30am to 1.30pm twice a week to include every other weekend.

Extra hours available to cover main cook's annual leave.


To provide delicious, nutritious meals to our residents, including meals for residents on special diets and compliant with current Allergens Information.

To work within current Food Safety regulations and to complete Safer Food Better Business Diary and 4 Weekly reviews. Report any concerns to the manager.

Take delivery of stock and ensure correct stock rotation.

To keep appropriate records regarding the purchase, cooking, transport and storage of all foodstuffs.

To clean the kitchen and associated areas as per the cleaning Schedule.
