We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Representative.

As a Client Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
Provide product knowledge and educate clients on available services
Assist with onboarding new clients and conducting training sessions
Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling products to existing clients
