Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Representative.

As a Client Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Provide product knowledge and educate clients on available services
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and conducting training sessions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling products to existing clients

Qualifications:


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively

Salary:
From £24,549.73 per year
