We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team here at Autocare Canterbury.

We are a family business that has been running for over 20 years, we pride ourselves on our service and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to

• Making and taking calls for bookings, enquiries, liaising with customers and parts suppliers.
• Pricing and quoting work.
• Creating estimates and invoices for work carried out.
• Creating and updating digital service records.
• Updating the company website and social media accounts where time allows.

Your work hours here will be 8.30 am to 5.00 pm 5 days a week working Saturdays with a set day off in the week.

Salary will be dependent on skill and experience.

You must be able to display your right to work in this country.
