About Our Client:

Our client is a leading Telecoms provider, with a great reputation on the market.

They are looking for Temporary Customer Service Advisors to join the team, as they are going through a period of growth and are looking customer service advisors to join the team.

This role offers excellent career progression, working in a friendly and supportive team environment, within their state of the art offices based in Salford Quays.


  • As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be supporting businesses customers with queries
  • Communicating with internal departments and external networks to rectify problems and offer solutions, whilst maintaining view of the committed SLA
  • Proactively respond to customer queries
  • Following processes
  • Complaint handling where required

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the below skills:

  • To understand customer requirements. responding with professionalism and effectively use your organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to targets & deadlines
  • Previously worked within customer resolution management
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
  • Ability to negotiate & offer resolution
  • Resilient
