About Our Client:
Our client is a leading Telecoms provider, with a great reputation on the market.
They are looking for Temporary Customer Service Advisors to join the team, as they are going through a period of growth and are looking customer service advisors to join the team.
This role offers excellent career progression, working in a friendly and supportive team environment, within their state of the art offices based in Salford Quays.
- As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be supporting businesses customers with queries
- Communicating with internal departments and external networks to rectify problems and offer solutions, whilst maintaining view of the committed SLA
- Proactively respond to customer queries
- Following processes
- Complaint handling where required
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the below skills:
- To understand customer requirements. responding with professionalism and effectively use your organisational skills.
- Ability to work to targets & deadlines
- Previously worked within customer resolution management
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Ability to negotiate & offer resolution
- Resilient
