Are you an experienced tax professional looking for a rewarding opportunity to grow your career? Look no further We are seeking a talented Tax Senior to join our dynamic and well-renowned Tax Department in the historic market town of Ashbourne.

The important work you will be doing:
As a Tax Senior, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality tax advisory and compliance services to our esteemed private clients

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparation of tax returns for a portfolio of clients and building working relationships with the clients in that portfolio
Assist clients with tax compliance and planning queries
Dealing with issues relating to cash extraction planning including dividends and salary planning, property rental, pensions reliefs, Benefits in Kind, coding notices, Capital Gains Tax, taxation of trusts and estates
Trust Register submissions and updates
Assisting managers with research on technical advisory matters

The skills and experience you will bring:

Ideally be ATT qualified, and either undertaking or looking to start CTA study
Indepth knowledge of UK tax legislation and experience preferably gained within a reputable accountancy / tax firm
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey tax concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with keen attention to detail
A proactive and client focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
