Customer Support Specialist - Macclesfield/HybridNew opening for a Customer Support Specialist with our prestigious Global client.
Working in the exciting, fast-paced health technology sector, we seek a customer support specialist to join our clients growing support team in Macclesfield (Hybrid work available).
Initially this will be a 6 month contract with the potential to become permanent or extended further. The rate available is £15 per hour (£120 per day/ £31,200 pro rata)What you'll do:
Fault lifecycle management within SLA
Analyse and monitor client data
Provide product knowledge and training to clients
Who you are:
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across the business and with our clients
Ability to work to agreed SLAs and deliver to KPIs
Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
Problem-solve and influence outcomes
Skills / Experience
Experience working in health technology is desirable
Experience working in a support team setting
Customer Service years)
The client is keen to engage with confident customer service reps with great communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be familiar working to KPI's within an SLA driven environment. Ideally you will have experience working in technology or the healthcare sector. Experience working within other large complex industries will also be welcomed.
