_Estimator - Responsibilities:_

Researching the cost of items such as materials, transport, labour, and equipment.
Obtain quotes for different from suppliers and contractors.
Monitor costs of different stages of a project to ensure all budgets are adhered to.
Assess the issues associated with projects.
Prepare tenders for clients and new contracts.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.

_Skills and Experience__:

Experience within estimating in the housebuilding sector.
Experience of managing large volumes of planned projects.
Confident individual with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent organisation skills to manage and meet deadlines.
Commercially aware and able to carry out financial analysis.
