    As a Private Client Solicitor, you'll take on a varied and engaging caseload, working with clients to provide tailored legal solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing a High-Quality Caseload – Advising clients on wills, probate, estate planning, inheritance disputes, tax planning, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, elder law, and contentious probate.
    • Client-Centric Approach – Meeting clients face-to-face and virtually to deliver strategic, personalised legal advice with compassion and expertise.
    • Ensuring Compliance & Best Practice – Upholding Lexcel and SRA standards, ensuring meticulous file management and risk assessments.
    • Building and Expanding Client Relationships – Actively seeking new business opportunities through seminars, presentations, networking, and cross-selling.
