We are looking to appoint 2 passionate, creative and solution-focused individuals to join our team of Early Years Advisers.
You will be part of a specialist service for Foundation Stage children with SEND and/or complex medical needs.
Your role will be to provide high quality advice, support and intervention for children across the EYFS with complex SEND.
Early Years Advisers plan for better outcomes for early years children with SEND across home, pre-school settings and schools.
We are looking for a qualified teacher (QTS or EYTS) with recent experience of children with a range of complex special educational needs, disabilities and/or medical needs across the age range 0-5 years.
You will have a secure knowledge and experience of the developmental levels and Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum, knowing how to fully include a child with SEND.
You will also have a sound understanding and current experience of SEND practice and legislation.
The successful applicant will become an integral part of this highly regarded team, promoting excellent inclusive practice in schools and settings, whilst working in partnership with families and other agencies.
The SEND Early Years Service, part of the East Sussex Education Division, is a County-wide service and travel will depend on service need.
Interviews will take place in person at Cavendish House in Hastings on Friday 22 September 2023.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
