Coastline Housing is seeking experienced and motivated Multi-Trade Void Operatives to join our growing team.

As a key member of our Voids team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our vacant properties are ready for new tenants across Hampshire and Dorset.

What you'll be doing:

• Tackle a variety of multitrade tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering, vinyl flooring, and general repairs.
• Work independently and efficiently to complete void property repairs to a high standard.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contractors to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed and materials used, utilizing our CRM software with live updates and photo capabilities.

What you'll bring to the table:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the housing association sector.
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering, and other relevant trades.
• A strong ability to solve problems independently and think on your feet.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality work.
• A valid full UK driving license and a willingness to travel throughout Hampshire and Dorset.
