Description
Hybrid/flexible working (2 or 3 days max in office).

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the finance team to ensure effective and efficient financial operations and reporting.
Ensure the production of accurate, timely and meaningful financial and management information to support decision-making.
Design and implement best practice financial controls and procedures across the Group.
Manage the preparation of all group financial reporting, including ensuring the accuracy of all financial information.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors and bankers.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Participate in M&A activity, including due diligence, forecasting, and the integration of newly acquired businesses.
Support the Group's budgeting and forecasting processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to increase profitability and optimize cash flows.
Provide financial analysis to key stakeholders

Required:
ACA/ACCA qualified with around 7 years PQE
Insurance/FS industry experience
Experience managing high performance teams
Experience working in a PE backed organisation
