We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Restaurant Assistant to join our team.

The Restaurant Assistant will support the daily operations of the restaurant by assisting with various tasks, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff.
• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Clear and clean tables after customers have finished dining.
• Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously and professionally.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary:
£10.42-£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
