Sales Administrator - The Role:
- Responding to sales enquires and dealing with price enquiries.
- General administrative duties
- Calling existing clients and providing support
- Providing quotations
- Processing new accounts
- Aftersales customer support
- Solving customer queries and providing an efficient solution
- Liaise with colleagues to make sure the sales department runs effectively
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work as a team and individually
- Can work in a fast paced environment
- Keen to progress
- Previous sales experiences is desirable but not essential
