ENT outpatient clinics is looking for dynamic and motivated Clinical support workers to join our Team. If you are looking for an opportunity to learn and develop your skills then ENT is for you. Initiative and motivation are a must.

To assist Clinicians treating patients in an outpatient setting. Also undertake some clerical and domestic duties to ensure a safe environment.

  • To assist Clinicians treating patients in an outpatient setting. Prioritising own workload.
  • Escort and chaperone patients as appropriate.
  • Communicate with patients/carers taking into consideration the needs of the individual.
  • Undertake some clerical duties such as filing.
  • Undertake ordering of supplies, within agreed stock levels, ensuring stored correctly.
  • Ensure availability, cleanliness and maintenance of equipment.
  • Assist in the safe handling of patients valuables and property.
  • Adhere to Wirral Hospital objectives, policies, protocols and guidelines.
You will be required to work days, Monday-Friday.

Care Certificate and Level 2 in Health and Social Care are required for this post. Applicants without these qualifications need not apply.
