Are you an experienced Civil Engineer with Project Management experience? Are you a specialist in Flood or Coastal Engineering?

To meet our clients growing business needs and future development aspirations, we are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer, ideally with experience in Flood or Coastal Engineering and Project Management.

The successful applicant will be based in their officein Newcastle and will lead technical design work on a range of civil engineering projects within the flood defence, rail and built environment sector.

You must be a self-starter, capable of working without supervision to a high technical standard.

Knowledge of relevant design codes and software packages is essential as you will be required to generate, check and review engineering calculations within a widevariety of projects including but not limited to drainage and structural.

Excellent teamworking and communication skills are required, and you may have to work with staff outside of the core team based in Leeds.

Self-motivation and a high degree of organisationare also considered key attributes.
