We are currently recruiting for Customer Services/Admin Agent to join our passionate and driven team based at our client's site in Great Cambridge Road, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire.

An exciting opportunity to join the Direct Services Department:

As a Customer Services Agent you would deal with the customers offering first line support for any queries raised by a retailer or customers of Publishing titles.


The role will involve dealing with telephone calls in a professional manner, whilst working with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve the issue.

This role would provide a great opportunity to understand more about the print and distribution sector whilst playing a key role in improving and maintaining customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Deal with first line support of inbound calls.
  • Effective customer interaction, dealing with customer and consumer feedback resolving the issue in a timely manner.
  • An array of Admin functions.
  • Work with the Direct Services team to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers.
  • Preserves and promotes the Customer's good name and reputation at all times, conducting internal and external relations with honesty and integrity and encouraging the development of an appropriate culture that will deliver results and manage changes in line with Customer's and manufacturing area objectives.

About You:


  • Excellent telephone manners and customer service focus.
  • Good communication skills, able to communicate across all levels.
  • People person with a positive, cando attitude.
  • Ability to work with and adapt to new systems.
  • Previous customer service experience, desirable but not essential.
  • Time keeping and attendance is a vital part to this role, so a very high standard of this is required.
  • Full driving licence would be desirable.
