Our client is a leading and growing organisation with an enviable brand and reputation. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior HR Systems and Data Analyst to join the business.

Reporting to the HR Systems Manager, as Senior HR Systems and Data Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the HR systems, whilst providing management information to the wider business, acting as point of contact for data analytics, metricsand reporting associated with the HR team.

You will be part of a wider HR team that supports in areas such as HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, diversity, inclusion, and reward.


Some key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the HR Systems Manager to update and maintain HR system, including managing change requests, maximising the capability of the system and implementing new functionality to assist the HR team and wider business.
  • Providing additional support to the HR team by producing adhoc reports and providing training on the system and other programmes such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Support the HR Systems Manager to review the HR systems and workflows, suggest improvements and assist with a potential systems upgrade.
  • Responsible for producing, analysing and distributing regular monthly management information including the exec report and individual business group dashboards.
  • Compile, analyse and interpret information to support HR and wider business needs on an adhoc basis, such as client tenders and audits
  • Data cleansing and auditing, taking responsibility and ensuring accuracy of data.
  • Provide support with D&I reporting such as gender pay gap report, ethnicity stay gap report, SRA questionnaire.
  • Document and map out team processes.
  • Support the HR Systems Manager with the annual salary and bonus review process.
  • Proactively thinking of improvements to systems and processes which will support the HR function and strengthen relationships with other teams across the business.
  • Involvement in team project work.
You will have proven experience in a similar role with reporting experience preferably within an HR function.

You are able to work proactively to identify areas of system improvement and/or change coupled with excellent numerical and analytical skills withthe ability to gather complex data and translate into a format that is both relevant and easy to understand for the target audience.

You have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, be self-motivated, organised and resourceful.

You can multitask and work under pressure delivering work accurately, to strict deadlines, managing competing demands and requests for reports.

You have strong verbal and written communication ability with well-developed stakeholder management skills, goodinterpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels throughout the business.

You have a high level of IT literacy and skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel including the production of charts, statisticaldata, pivot tables, vlookups, etc.

You can think creatively, logically and pragmatically.
