As a Head of Business, you'll manage one of our incredible retailers, leading your team and maintaining standards, whilst ensuring our customers drive away happy.


What does the role of Head of Business involve?

  • Manage all aspects of your dealership, including new and used car sales, associated products, parts, labour and aftersales care
  • Deliver outstanding levels and customer service, and coach your team of Associates to do the same
  • Recruit, develop and retain talented Associates, motivating them to be the best they can be and supporting them with regular reviews, training and progression plans
  • Control cash flow, stocks and asset management, whilst monitoring financial performance
  • Implement brand strategies, policies and procedures, whilst taking a selfdriven, forward thinking approach to develop the business further and build manufacturer relationships

What qualities do I need to succeed in the Head of Business role?

  • The drive to succeed in a fastpaced, target orientated environment, whilst being filled with energy and motivation to proactively develop your business, team and self to truly go the extra mile
  • Experience of leading a team and achieving targets in a successful business
