Hybrid Working:
Working Pattern 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 4 hours per day from Monday to Friday. Office and home based working.


What you will be doing:

We are looking or a French speaking team Administrator to supporting our French speaking collections team. The collections team collects money in a call centre environment through inbound and outbound calls.

As the team administrator you will be responsible for managing the team inbox replying to all correspondence, complaints and queries both from internal and external sources.

You will also manage the sorting and processing of letters and faxes in a professional and timely manner. You will maintain a database ensuring all customer data and personal data are accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Collections team and management where necessary.
  • Updates customer's contact and account information during each contact.
  • Works with other internal departments including customer service, client services, accounting and legal.
  • Supports the Collections team and management where necessary.
  • Contacts with outside companies, e.g., agent banks, attorneys, credit counseling agents, the police as needed.
  • Adheres to all departmental procedures and FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) as well as CNIL regulations.
  • When unable to resolve the problem in a reasonable amount of time, will escalate to the appropriate resource.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in FRENCH.

  • Working knowledge of collection laws, bankruptcy requirements and guidelines.
