Your role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Liability Injury team within the Commercial Claims department based in our Manchester office.
Managing a caseload of Commercial Claims, you will be responsible for the end-to-end handling of a range of claims, investigating liability, negotiating settlement and making decisions on which are allowed to litigate.
You will proactively liaise with internal & external stakeholders on a consistent basis, building great working relationships with our customers, brokers & suppliers.
This position will offer hybrid working 2 days per week at the office in Manchester
About you:
- Current experience of working in an insurance claims environment in a similar role.
- An engaged, vibrant individual who has a passion for customer service
- Proactive approach to managing & organising their own caseload
- An empowered individual who truly wants to make a difference for our customers
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
