Talent Acquisition Partner


As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be joining our Client Solutions brand on our hugely successful Safran account in Cwmbran, where you will support high volume delivery across a variety of Aerospace skillsets.

This is an organically grown, tight knit delivery team who have evolved with their client's growth.

They are one of our flagship RPO clients whom we have worked with for 5 years, where you will have great exposure to the hiring community through your onsite presence.


We have a strong and positive relationship with our client so if you are proactive and a good communicator you could enhance this even further.


Responsibilities:

Talent Attraction Strategy;

  • Proactively build talent pools for the future.
  • Maintain a good understanding of the Aerospace talent market and competitive awareness.
  • Promote the client brand in the market.
  • Managing internal applicants.
  • Engage with external supply chain to maintain consistent delivery.
  • Support the client with assessment and open days.
Vacancy Management;

  • Owning the talent attraction for the Cwmbran site.
  • Vacancy briefing with line managers to understand the role profile.
  • Conducting regular vacancy update calls with hiring managers.
  • Undertake pre and post interview discussions with managers and coordinate the feedback process.
  • Act as the conduit between the client's hiring manager community, HR, sourcing functions, suppliers and brand management.
  • Debriefing with line managers following interview to gather views and feedback both on fit and interview technique.
  • If necessary, work with Relationship Manager and hiring managers to define additional support.
  • Liaise with the wider TA team effectively to maximise time spent on proactive recruitment.

Skills, Competencies and Experiences:


  • Previous experience as an Internal TA Partner/Resourcing Business Partner, or via an RPO business as an onsite Recruiter is advantageous.
  • Previous experience recruiting into Manufacturing, engineering or aerospace experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Selfstarter, proactive and driven; demonstrating a 'can do' attitude to junior colleagues.
  • Highly motivated, conscientious individual who displays initiative.
  • Excellent rapport and relationship building skills.
  • Able to perform under pressure and multitask.
  • Demonstrates Gattaca plc's core values.
  • Works well in a team and a busy environment.
  • Competent use of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook).
