Burrow & Rutter-Armstrong Engineering are seeking a confident and ambitious individual to join their busy team.Day to day duties include:
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed
- Liaise with workshop mechanics on what parts need to be ordered
- Order parts and accurately update the purchase order system
- Responding to customers in a timely manner with quotes and availability of parts
- Upon parts arriving check stock in and ensure any discrepancies with suppliers are rectified
- Update job cards on a weekly basis
- Review & input purchase invoices onto our accountancy system (xero) ensuring quoted prices have been adhered to by suppliers
- Assist director with generating sales invoices
- Import sales to our accountancy system (xero)
- V5C registrations and transfers
- Process warranty claims with our reputable franchises
Immediate start available.
28 Days holiday per year including bank holidays.
Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm.
Salary negotiable for the right person.
