Salary:
Ark Leadership Scale pay points 10-18, depending on experience

Isaac Newton Academy is a non-denominational, non-selective school, welcoming students of all backgrounds from the local community. We opened in 2012 with our inaugural cohort of 180 year 7 students. Isaac Newton Academy is an all through school with students from Reception to Year 13. The Sixth Form is in its fourth year.

We are looking to recruit a talented, committed and inspiring teacher and leader to the role of Assistant Principal.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our SLT and academy who is committed to delivering excellence and has a proven impact.

Therefore, we seek leaders that have a deep understanding of the curriculum and whole school leadership, especially understanding the role senior leaders play in the 'everyday performance' of a school.

Ultimately, the right leader will be aligned to our vision and values and possess the right character and mind-set.

We are highly ambitious for our students and our staff are pivotal to our success.

You will be encouraged to be a reflective and open practitioner and be supported by the expertise of the Principal and Vice Principal to develop your leadership.
