We are looking for an energetic, creative, and forward-thinking individual to join our dynamic team. The role requires a self-starting and proactive approach to fundraising, excellent communication skills and experience in generating income.

The Fundraisingand Partnerships Lead will have responsibility for driving forward the fundraising agenda and be responsible for all aspects of fundraising including the design and delivery of Smart Works Leeds annual fundraising strategies and quarterly activity plan, witha clear purpose of ensuring our long-term sustainability.


  • Developing and managing corporate relationships and associated fundraising
  • Delivering financial activities to target
  • Leading our annual Cycle for Smart Works campaign
  • Coordinating small and large scale fundraising events throughout the year.
  • A track record of building relationships with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Target driven with excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Passionate about empowering women.
