Your role will be hands on in the day to day control of the mobile / clamping enforcement team.
This will be a challenging role, working at pace, where no two days will be the same.
The ability to problem solve is a must, along with being able to engage and motivate your team, as the work they will be doing will be difficult, and sometimes be put in challenging situations.
What you'll be doing
Leading your front line team to make sure that the delivery of the contract is maintained to the highest standards and to the complete satisfaction of the client
Provide regular SLA reports and updates to the Service Delivery Manager
Strong engagement skills to ensure KPI's are met
Make sure frontline colleagues have the right tools and equipment to do their job safely
Create, prepare and maintain the enforcement plan and to monitor the success of those ongoing on a daily basis
Provide leadership to front line colleagues
Manage staff performance in line with our company policies
Ensure that staff comply with Health and Safety requirements in all aspects of their work
Out of hours may be required at times to support your team
What you'll need
You'll be an effective manager of people with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop the team
PC Literate with advanced Excel skills
Knowledge to the TMA 2004 or have worked in an parking enforcement environment.
