What you will be doing...
- We have an exciting opportunity to join our
Central Ground Operations Team on a fixed term basis

Leeds Bradford Airport. Reporting to the

Ground Operations Supervisor, this role
-
supports the department and our airport-based Ground Operations Teams across
-
key point of contact for all Ground Operations related matters and will
-
proactively promote a safe and 'just' culture across the network by providing
-
expertise, guidance and advice to
-
colleagues and
-
third-party service providers alike. In this role you will ensure
-
consistency of service and
-
sharing of best practices whilst delivering a
-
first class, friendly service to our
-
internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities will include -
- Acting as a key contact for all i
mmigration matters, including the processing of incorrectly documented passengers,
promotion of best practice, and assistance with
system development: - Assisting with
Special Assistance & other medical matters, providing
guidance to the wider business - Close
communication with Ground Operations colleagues to drive
safety promotion and ensure
compliance with company procedures and
consistency of service across all operational areas - Assistance with the company
Charter Programme and any relevant lease aircraft operations from a Ground Operations perspective - Ensuring clear and effective communication via
company systems and
newsletters: - Supporting the department with
administration such as orders and invoicing
What Skills and Experience will you need?

Role Model behaviours and will have extensive previous experience within an
-
airside or customer facing Ground Operations role. You will have first-hand experience of
-
check-in and passenger processing systems and a thorough knowledge o
-
f PRM operations and
-
immigration requirements. You will be
-
enthusiastic,
-
self motivated, have excellent
-
planning and organisational skills, as well as a passion for
-
delivering excellent customer service. Knowledge of a
-
European language, ideally Spanish would be an advantage an
-
d strong IT skills are essential.
