We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part-Time Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO) with a unique blend of dental knowledge, marketing skills, and a proven ability to enhance patient retention.
As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating treatment plans, while also utilizing your marketing acumen to promote our services and ensure long-term patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Treatment Coordination:
Facilitate seamless communication between patients and dental professionals, understanding patients needs, explaining treatment plans and associated costs with clarity and empathy.
Patient Retention:
Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty, fostering long-term relationships. Develop and maintain effective patient communication channels to address concerns and encourage follow-up appointments.
Appointment Scheduling:
Efficiently manage appointment schedule ensuring optimal utilisation of practice resources and minimising patient waiting time.
Data Analysis:
Utilize data analytics to assess patient trends, preferences, and feedback. Leverage insights to refine marketing strategies and improve patient experiences.
Requirements:
- Dental Background: Basic understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment plans.
- Marketing Skills: Proven experience in dental or healthcare marketing, including digital marketing platforms and campaign management.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex dental information in an understandable manner. Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong patient relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage appointment schedules effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using dental software systems, marketing tools, and other technology to streamline processes.
