An exciting opportunity has arisen, for a Senior Recruitment and Retention Lead for a 1 year fixed term maternity cover within the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Boards (ICB) workforce transformation team.

The workforce transformation team sits within the people directorate and oversees the delivery of the 10 people functions.

The Senior Recruitment and Retention role and wider team support the development of the one workforce plan that will ultimately make the health and care system in Mid and South Essex a better place to live and work.


The Senior Recruitment and Retention Lead will be responsible for embedding the People Plan and Integrated Care System (ICS) strategy by working collaboratively with local organisations across the Mid and South Essex locality in the areas of recruitment and retention.
