  • The Rodillian Multi Academy Trust seeks to recruit a Cover Supervisor to work in classrooms directly with our students as a part of our valued member of the Cover Team. • A clear and positive communication manner
- an understanding of curriculum

  • A GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Can you motivate students to achieve their best? Are you passionate about instilling a '
- _Growth Mindset_' and nurturing students to see challenges as opportunities to flourish? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
Featherstone Academy is proud to be part of The Rodillian Multi Academy Trust.

The Rodillian ethos of resilience, a Growth Mindset and Positive Discipline has helped to transform schools - from their culture to their Ofsted ratings - as well as the lives of students and teachers.

We are a small school with an inclusive culture and warm ethos, yet we have big ambitions to be a beacon of learning, aspiration and success for our local community.

Within the Trust we are committed to doing things differently - creating schools that students want to attend, and where teachers want to work.

We raise aspiration levels for staff, students and schools by encouraging creativity in the classroom, and by giving our staff freedom to experiment with their teaching, as part of our pioneering curriculum.

All of this is guided by our Positive Discipline policy - a traditional approach to behaviour management.

This role provides a real opportunity for you to make your mark, and as a growing Trust with an excellent reputation and access to high-quality CPD for all, there are always opportunities for career development.

The Rodillian Multi Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all staff, volunteers, visitors and contractors to share this commitment.

Shortlisted applicants will undergo relevant checks in line with statutory guidance and all appointees will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure check by the Disclosure and Barring Service.

**This role is based in the UK. Employment is conditional on confirmation of the right to work in the UK - either as a UK or Irish citizen, under the EU Settlement scheme or having secured any other relevant work visa.
