Sales Administrator required Part Time for our client's reputable Main Dealer in Blackpool.
- Part Time hours
- Salary circa £13,000
- 24 hours per week over 3 or 5 days
They are seeking an Experienced Sales Administrator who has previous experience within a Main Dealer, or Used Car Dealer, to join and support the work of their Sales Department.
The job role provides full administrative support to the busy sales team, processing documents, registering vehicles and liaising with customers when necessary, to ensure a smooth transaction takes place.
This is a crucial Sales Administrator role to the success of the business.Within this Sales Administrator role your typical duties will include:
- Vehicle invoicing
- Registration of new cars
- Maintaining a full and accurate stock report
- Sales team support and communication
- Ensuring all documentation relating to vehicle delivery is completed accurately and on time
- Any adhoc administrative tasks
