Location:
HQ, Old Park in Telford although it will be hybrid and agile


Salary:
Scale - Beginning at £30,572 per annum with annual increases to £32,615 per annum


Hours:36 hours per week


The Role:


The Planned Programme Co-Ordinator will work with, and supervise, the planners and administrators within the team to provide an efficient and customer-focussed service for the safety works and initiatives that take place within The Wrekin Housing Group.

Working heavily with In-House Planned and Contractor teams, the post will ensure all jobs are completed to a high standard and support with the inspection as well as management of the repairs taking place.


What you'll be doing:

This is a wide and varied role which will include a lot of different tasks and responsibilities. Please see our job pack for further information.

  • Supervising resources to ensure the planned cyclical improvement and building safety works are delivered to a high standard meeting tenants' expectations
  • Ensuring the Group's quality accreditations and registrations are audited
  • To champion the implementation of process improvement principles
  • Working in conjunction with In-House planned maintenance and contracted works
  • Supervising administration and planner roles

About you:


  • Possession of an NVW Level 3 or Level 3 ILM Certificate is desirable
  • Customer Service focussed
  • A broad awareness of all related service areas
  • Organisational Skills
  • Attention to Detail
