Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to promote and represent the brand
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries
- Educate customers about the brand's products or services
- Assist in setting up and organizing promotional events or campaigns
- Distribute promotional materials and samples to potential customers
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively engage with diverse groups of people
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends if needed
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
