Housing Adviser needed in Gosport £23.79 ph
PAYE - Reference:

This role will involve:

You will provide advice to customers on housing options, the housing waiting list and tenancy issues.
You will do this by fully understanding customer's circumstances, including finances, via face to face interviews, by telephone and home visits, to assess housing need and tailor your advice accordingly.
You will manage a caseload and assist with ad hoc project work, monitoring a specific area of work or developing a specialism and sharing learning with the rest of the team.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
