We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work in schools across Cardiff on a long-term, full-time basis.

As an LSA, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages and abilities, helping them to overcometheir learning barriers and reach their full potential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide individual and small group support to students in the classroom
Work with teachers to plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of all students
Monitor and assess student progress, and provide feedback to teachers
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing teaching materials
Build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
