Engineering Operations is an enablement team within PANDE (Product, Design, Engineering). It provides services to the department including change management, process improvement, release status tracking and tool selection.
The Opportunity
The Technical Administrator will support the Engineering Director in delivering change management, process improvement, release status tracking and tool selection services to the PANDE department.
What you will be doing
- Administer shared software tools for activity tracking, issue tracking and collaboration
- Research, evaluate, and recommend software solutions in order to improve performance and efficiency
- Create and maintain documentation describing the setup, configuration and use of software
- Maintain and develop knowledge base articles, policies and procedures
- Plan and execute change programs
What we are looking for
- Organisation and attention to detail
- Effective communication, both written and spoken
- Familiar with agile development processes such as Scrum or Kanban
- Familiar with SaaS product development
- Demonstrates UserTesting's values through work product and within day to day team interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Previous professional experience in software or technology.
