Pay rate/Salary:
£10.28 per hour


Hours of Work/:
Monday to Friday 07:00 am - 16:00 pm - No Weekends


Type:
Temporary to Permanent

Start Date; Immediately


The Company:
Our client based in Grantham are looking for Machine Operatives to work in their electronics recycling plant.
An investor in people, the company are looking for Operatives to join their growing team.

Day to day duties will be that of ensuring an efficient process, of loading compressors onto the machine ready to be recycled.

You will be part of a busy working environment, with the aim of delivering high performance with your colleagues and team.

The company aim to nurture high performing staff with a positive approach, to be able to provide them with a clear progression in theircareer.


Duties of a Machine Operative:
You will be working as part of the team and will be responsible for:

  • Loading of sand and cement
  • Making concrete blocks with a machine
  • Working outside
  • Housekeeping of outdoor areas
  • FLT Licence is essential & Required

Skills and experience of a Machine Operative:

As a Machine Operative:

  • Due to location
- own transport is beneficial
