- Customer & Tenancy Management: Leasehold management services and tenancy agreements are effectively overseen to ensure a positive accommodation experience within a safe and secure environment.
- Restaurant & Hospitality Operations: Oversee daily restaurant and housekeeping operations, ensuring efficient service, strong health and safety practices, and full departmental compliance.
- Leadership and Management: Supervision of housekeeping and restaurant teams is required to maintain appropriate staffing levels for consistent service delivery.
