Description
CMA is supporting our Bournemouth, Dorset based education client with a requirement for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join their busy finance team on permanent basis, this is newly created role.
You will be reporting into the Head of Finance and be supporting a fast-paced purchase ledger function with supervisory responsibilities.
What will the Purchase Ledger Supervisor role involve?
- Responsible for the daily workload of the purchase ledger team, prioritising accordingly;
- Reconciliation of creditors control account and aged creditors, reporting this into senior management;
- Signing off and checking the weekly supplier payment run before being processed;
- KPI management and ensuring this busy team are motivated and supported.
- You will have a detailed and end to end understanding of purchase ledger processes;
- Purchase ledger team supervisory experience and understanding how to get the best out of a small team;
- Education sector experience is highly beneficial although not essential;
- Great systems experience will help you seamlessly fit into this opportunity.
