Sales Assistant


Switch Advisor Ltd is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in London where you'll play a key role in connecting clients with extraordinary experiences.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with their order by determining what they need, answering any questions, and placing orders.
  • Communicate with customers in a day to day basis.
  • Maintain customer relationships to improve quality and new acquisitions.
  • Process credit card payments by entering information into computer systems.
  • Assist in other areas as needed.

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred. College degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Graduate


Salary:
£19,323.00-£23,060.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
