Location - Northwood (near Watford)

Hour - Full Time - 40 per week (Monday to Friday )

We are looking for a Site Services Operative to join our building services team on a Facilities Management contract close to Watford.

This key role will join the Stores and Site Services team who are responsible for delivering the contractual requirements of the FM contract.

Your duties will include:

Along with the team maintain appearance and cleanliness of all areas in the Stores Complex.
Drive a variety of vehicles within the Stores pool, ranging from cars, lorries, forklifts and Powerflex Sweepers. Complete first daily inspections on all vehicles.
Maintain the outward appearance and cleanliness of the Northwood Headquarters.
In the winter months assist with gritting and snow clearing from roads, pathways and other hard landscaped areas as directed in adverse winter weather conditions. To participate in standby/ callout rota and occasionally required to work outside normal hours.
Undertake general duties as directed by your Line Manager to support the Northwood Contract
