    Can you improve Health & Wellbeing in Sevenoaks?


You'll make a difference by leading our One You service, managing a small team and working in the heart of the community to support residents to improve their quality of life by making positive lifestyle, social and wellbeing changes.


You'll take the lead on themes such as Mental Health, healthy weight/eating, older people or physical activity and provide the team with guidance to deliver targeted healthy lifestyle interventions throughout the Sevenoaks District.

You'll focus on the customer and seek to address the causes of poor health & wellbeing by working with other Council services to deliver truly holistic services for our residents.


Your knowledge and experience of health-related projects and working with partners will enable you to coordinate partnership and inspire the team to deliver targeted outreach services on weight management, physical activity, healthy eating, smoke free and drink less, to improve the overall health and wellbeing of local people.

  • Please note this is a part time role for 30 hours per week for a 12month contract. _
  • The role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. _We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time will be divided between the office (23 days) and home working (23 days).
